Payments and refunds

Payment

The full plan costs €79, taxes included, paid once. If you access from outside the euro area, the price is shown in your local currency before you pay and that is the amount charged. There is no renewal and no second charge.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details do not pass through us.

Purchases are made as a final consumer. For an invoice with a tax number, write to contact@vowlyplan.com with your billing details within 15 days of the purchase.

Immediate access

The plan becomes active as soon as payment is confirmed.

You have 14 days from the payment to withdraw without giving any reason — the right of withdrawal under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. Write to the address below and the full amount is returned, even if you have already used the tool.

Refunds

A refund is due in the event of a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a payment that did not activate the plan, or unavailability of the service attributable to us and left unresolved.

Requests go to contact@vowlyplan.com, quoting the account email. We reply within 5 working days.

Refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method. The time until the amount is available depends on your bank.
