1. Who we are

Vowly is a Portuguese service, operated by the company identified at the foot of this page.

For any question about these terms, your account or a payment, write to contact@vowlyplan.com.

2. What Vowly does

Vowly is a tool for organising a wedding: guest list, budget and suppliers, seating and floor plan, gifts, day schedule, inspirations and documents.

It is an organising tool. We do not sell wedding services, do not broker supplier contracts and are not a party to anything you agree with them.

3. Account

You create an account with your email and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password secret and for everything done with your account.

You can invite other people — your partner, witnesses, a wedding planner — to your wedding. They will see and change what is there, within the limits of your plan. Those invitations are your responsibility.

You must be at least 18 to create an account.

4. Plans and payment

The free plan lets you try Vowly with limits: 40 guests, 3 suppliers and 2 people with access. Tables, gifts and supplier payments are part of the full plan.

The full plan costs €79 — or the equivalent in the currency shown to you before payment, depending on the country you access from — paid once. No renewal, no subscription, no second charge. Applicable taxes are included.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

The full plan belongs to the wedding you were organising when you paid, and stays active for as long as the service exists — before and after the day.

Purchases are made as a final consumer. If you need an invoice with your tax number, write to contact@vowlyplan.com with your billing details within 15 days of the purchase and we will send it by email.

5. Immediate access and your 14 days

The full plan unlocks the moment the payment clears — no waiting, no manual activation.

You have 14 days from the payment to change your mind, with no explanation needed — the right of withdrawal under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. Write to us and we refund the full amount.

The situations giving rise to a refund — duplicate charge, incorrect amount, payment that did not activate the plan — are set out on the payments and refunds page.

6. What you write and upload

Everything you write and upload stays yours. We do not use your content for anything other than showing it to you and keeping it safe.

When you upload other people's data (your guest list, for example), you decide what goes in. You agree to do so lawfully and not to use Vowly for anything illegal, offensive or infringing.

Please do not store detailed health data, other people's banking details or identity documents in Vowly.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Vowly available, but it is an internet service: there may be interruptions for maintenance or beyond our control.

Features may change over time. If something important is removed, we will tell you by email in advance.

8. Liability

Vowly helps you organise, but the wedding decisions are yours. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions based on what is in the tool, nor for supplier failures.

Our liability never exceeds what you paid us.

Nothing here removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

9. Ending

You can stop using Vowly whenever you want and ask us by email to delete your account and data.

We may close an account used unlawfully or to harm others. If that happens through no fault of yours, we refund the proportional amount.

10. Changes

If we change these terms, the new version appears on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will email you.

11. Law and complaints

Portuguese law applies.

For consumer disputes you may use the Portuguese electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt, the alternative dispute resolution bodies for your area, and the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
